Many more translation data have become available. A new algorithm was introduced and the previous restriction to translation data was dropped that excluded translations with different numbers of lines than the original English transcripts
Fallback search of videos implemented
3.0 was released. Transcript is now shown in sync with the video and you can even fine tune the sync. Presentations spoken in non-English languages have been removed from the database.
Controlable play speed / Automatic video stop
Small improvements on advanced search / Problems playing video due to YouTube API change fixed.
Stability improved (I hope). Clicking on English transcript will open a pop-up window showing not only POS analysis of the (expanded) segment but also translation in all the languages available.
Version 2.0 was released with many bug fixes. Translation text (partial) in 15 languages (= left-to-right languages to which more than 1,500 talks have been translated so far) are available for search now! (The advanced search in Japanese had to be removed as trade-offm though.)
TCSE now plays video right at the time location where the segments starts, with “play video 10 seconds earlier” option newly added
Video search accuracy improved.
Regular search now returns items containing matches begining from the onset of a word, not in the middle of a word.
